Challenge~
What is one of your favorite games that you played as a child? Why?
One game I remember playing with my little brothers & sister was Mouse Trap. To the right is a picture of the
board game. Then we use to play UNO. It was fun to
see who would end up with the most point with UNO. We
played for candy one time. That was funny as my little brothers wanted to win so bad. Or we would do boys
against girls.
Another game I use to play growing up (but was not a board game) was King Corners. Its a card game we would play with my foster dad. He enjoyed playing card games with us kids. Then we would also play Rummy. It was a lot of fun as we could spend hours and hours playing these games with him. He would try to win, but didn't have much luck against us girls!!! At one time he has 6 teenage girls trying to keep him from winning. We tried to do it as a tournament and do a champion for a week. Turn around and do it all over again. Kinda wish I had some photos of those fun times.
I bought my boys Mouse Trap. They don't care for it as much as I did at their age. Sorry is a HUGE game in our house today.

Oh yeah! I played all those except for the king's corners. We used to like cards a lot - rummy 500 & spit (they call it speed now I guess) & hearts. Jill (pea Jill_Ilene)
I loooooved Mouse Trap!! I was so excited the year I received it for Christmas :)
