Where I live in Southern Minnesota the weather the last few days. Has been very cold!!! Were talking 12 with a wind Chill in the single digits. Its been a very Strange winter this year. We haven't had much snow at all. In fact Dec set a record if I remember correct for the 6th year with the least amount of snow. I think we only got a little over an inch in that month. Not normal thats for sure. I'm not a huge fan of the cold and snow. So its been a decnt winter for me so far. As for comfort foods, I dont really have one. But when it does get cold out I tend to crave Chili!!!! A nice bowl of hot chili with lots of cheese in with ikt. YUMMY!!!

Chili is one of my favorite winter comfort foods too! In fact, today I was thinking that I should create a layout about Chile for the Recipe Album I'm making. :)
