First Winter Storm

Saturday morning we woke up to the beginning of the snow storm they had been talking about on the news all week. Much to my surprise, as I thought for sure they would yet again be wrong. Not the case. We ran to Wal-Mart to get a few things we needed for the house. I also wanted to get Devin a new winter coat, and a scarf. Believe it or not Devin couldn't wait to get home to go out and play in the fresh snow. He first wanted to help Neal shovel the sidewalks and driveway. I was able to get some nice pictures. After they were finished cleaning the sidewalks and drive. Neal got the 4 wheeler out. He hooked up Devin's sled. So they went back and forth up and down the street. Devin was having such a great time. Wish Austin would of been home to enjoy this fun with us. Once Devin was done playing outside he came in to warm up.

My little brother Brandon was out hunting and stopped by to visit. They ended up playing the Wii together. It was so fun to watch uncle get beat by his nephew. Funny thing is anyone who knows my Little brother or sees a pic of him, knows Devin looks alot like him. In fact he even acts like Brandon. The two played bowling a few games, then it was golf and baseball. Its nice that Devin beat him at these games. Because Brand is very competitive at everything he does that have to do with sports. We (Neal and myself) had to remind him its all for fun and he was also playing against a 7 year old not someone his age.
