One Proud Momma

I have to share some great news. I'm a very proud momma!!!!

My youngest son Devin (2nd grade) takkes a spelling test every Thursday. The teacher sends the new list home in their Friday folders so they can start to study it over the weekend. Pre-test is Monday. Well Thurday late afternoon, Devin had gotten home was in his room playing. I was in my bedroom scrapping. He comes in and says "Oh Mom I need to go check my spelling test, to see what I got". I told him to bring it up so I can see what he got as well. Half way up the stairs he starts to get every excited. He comes running in and says "YES, I got 100% and a sticker!". Now this is wonderful to see as its his first ever 100% on his spelling test. He of course had to call Grandma R(DH's mom) right away to tell her. Followed by a list of others. Such as his big brother (who lives with his dad since this past summer-long story), his Nana (dad's mom), then last was his dad. The one thing that made me a little upset was his dad never showed any excitemint or told him he was proud of him. Instead he said I gotta let ya go.

I'm so proud of my boys when they do well as they both have ADHD. Sorry for going on and on about it. I'm just very proud of my son.
