Today's Challenge on Two Peas in a Bucket ~ Do you ever sit back and wonder what history from your family is not pasted on? If you what are you trying to change to make sure that doesn't happen with your family?
I often find myself sitting back and wondering about my family's history. As I don't know much about any of my birth family. My goal is to make sure that I pass many things on for my boys to have when I'm no longer around on this earth. I have my baby blanket from the day I was brought home as a baby and the one I use to carry with me everywhere I went. Another thing is I try to write things down. I don't want to leave them wondering about me and our family. Try to make traditions out of holidays they can do with their families someday as well.

Sounds like you have a good handle on leaving a history for your kids.
I know exactly what you mean about leaving history for your kids. I too know hardly anything about my birth family so it is very important to me to teach my girls and give them traditions to pass on of their own.
