Make it easy for ER staff to reach your loved ones quickly:Program the numbers of 2-3 emergency contacts into your cell phone and name the entry ICE. It stands for In Case of Emergency, and if you are seriously hurt, medical responders know to check your contacts for ICE entries.A recent study found that 27% of mobile users had heard of this, but only 9% had actually done it.Source: American College of Emergency Physicians.I want to thank Bonnie for sharing this on her blog. I wanted to pass it along to loved ones, as well as friends.
I have ICE'd my cell. Have you?

I didn't know about this either...does it work in Canada?
ICE is just putting a number in your cell phone that you would want to call and notify if anything happened. (In case of emergency). :) Yep I did!
I will ICE my cell this afternoon. Thank you!
