Long time not update

Wow, were to begin as its been a while since my last update. Summer vacation is only 4 weeks longer & the boys go back to school!!! Yea, then we can get into some type of routine again. Sure hope everyone has been staying cool and out of this heat. Glad it has finally broke for a while here in Minnesota. Like to be ablet to enjoy the great outdoors some.

As some of you already know my dear son Austin will be having surgery to repair his hyper nobility(sp). Due to him being born with a Cleft Palate. We really hoped we could of gotten it done earlier in the summer, So he could be almost done healing, but that just didn't happen. As the test were done in late June. We then needed to see the Plastic Surgon, to see if he thought it needed to be done or wait. Well its got to be done before it causes more problems. We have to get a pre authorzation from his insurance. We all know how SLOW they are at doing things. Just got the call on Thursday & it can not be done til August 31st. Which dont give him much healing time. As school starts 5 days later. On another note he has had a good summer. Spending time with his dad. Growing like a weed!!!!. he is still waiting to find out who his teacher will be for this year. Cant believe he's going to be in the 5th grade already. I want my baby back! Next year will be middle school.

Devin's doing good. He has enjoyed his summer as well. Got to spend some time with his Nana!!! He found out Thursday who he has for a 1st grade teacher. From what we have heard she is a great teacher. We've been lucky and all the ones we have dealt with are great. Boy is he really growing like a weed as well. Most of his jeans no longer fit. To short, he's gonna be taller then me soon if he keeps this up. He has also started to scrapbook with Austin & I. Finished his first book, it was a 6x6. Now he is working on a 8x8. Its really cute, cant wait to look at these books when they are older.

Neal & I are much better then a month ago. We are working very hard on our marriage. Both made some much needed changes and letting go of our past. Bad marriages and all. I love this man with all my heart and soul. The boy and I would be so lost with out him in our lives. In only a few short weeks its going to be our 3 year wedding anniversary. Wow, it sure seems much longer then 3 years. Trying to figure out something specal to do for him.

My scrapping has been on the down low. With everything going on in my life. But I was able to finish an Altered Baby Girl Lunch Box, to send to Australia. Sure hope the person she gives it to enjoys it. It was a nice change to do a girl theme for once,. A local scrapbook store (7 miles north of us) wants me to teach a few classes. I'm very excited, as I have never done this before. I'm going to teach altered lunch boxes. When I know more of the time and date of the class, I'll let those of you in the area know ahead of time. She was also telling me she wants to try and open a store in my town. If she does I just might be able to work for her!!!!! If thats possible, I would love it. Time will just tell tho, as they are still very new. But its a great store to shop.
