I hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween. Neal decided he wanted to take Devin around trick or treating, and me to stay home to hand out candy. We didn't get alot of kids which shocked me. Neal said while they were out there was not alot of light on or kids out. Which makes me worry that someday this will not even happen. Devin did not stay out long. He decided he was tired and done after a few blocks. I do not have any photos to share of Austin from Halloween yet. I asked his dad to take some pics for me. As this is the first year he isn't living with us. So it makes it kinda hard to get them specially on a school night.

I love this photo, it's such a traditional halloween photo. I really just adore this, and I'm so glad that you posted this, Maureen! Thank you for sharing this!
Maureen, I was thinking about the same thing yesterday (about maybe the whole trick-or-treating thing may become a thing of the past). It made me kind of sad.
Although my two are well beyond that age, I still enjoy seeing the little ones (and the not so little ones) come to my door all dressed up on Halloween.
We had a lot fewer this year. I'm hoping that it was just the windy and rainy weather.
Love your photo!
