I finally made a memory frame to have in my little scrapping area. Its of my Best Friend from High School Jenny. She is also the God Mother of both my boys. We went thru alot of things together in life. It breaks my heart everyday to think back at the way she left this world. We weren't talking at the time. I tried to work things out with her. I sit back and think about the time we were about 13, she was staying the night at my house. I had to babysit my little brothers and sister. While my birth mom and step dad went out. We had Tim & John over to visit. Well we ended up drinking some of the beer and Slow Gin my mom had in the house. Jenny was so drunk trying to sober herself up she had her head under the shower running cold water. Just then my birth mom walked in the house. You should of seen the look on my face. My little brother Brandon (4 at the time) opened the fridge and said "Look Dad they drank all your beer". Not good. My birth mom was ready to take her home. Thank god we talked her into letting her stay.I have wanted to make something to put her beautiful photo in for just about 2 years now. The picture is from her wedding day. Daisy's were her favorite flower. I love how the flowers look like they are floating around her.
My heart breaks to think of how her children are feeling. I got to see her youngest today. As I was out running errands. He has gotten so big. I had all I could do not to cry. He looks good. He was only 3 years old when she commuted suicide. Her other children were 14 and 12. Jenny will always have a special place in my heart. I miss her each and everyday. In fact I'm trying to decide on a tatoo in memory of her.

Its been awhile since I've read your blog- and I see that you want to do a tribute tattoo to your friend. I think this is an awesome idea. And I have a friend at work that has a beautiful tattoo for his brother in law who was also his best friend and he committed suicide about 3 weeks ago. He had all the children pick something they wanted in the tattoo. A cross, a shield, wings, his football 3 and then his name. All these elements were put together so its a shield with a cross on it with wings and his football # and then his name across the top... Just an idea..
