What show do you miss...

Challenge~ What show do you miss from when you were growing up? Blog about it

I better do my own blog Challenges huh?! LOL. Thank you to Bonnierose for allowing me to help post the blog challenge on Two Peas while she is spending time w/ her girls.

One of my favorite shows that I miss from growing up is the Smurfs (cartoon wise) and Beverly Hills 90210 as well as Melrose Place. I would make sure not to miss them. If I was working (high school years) and it was on that night I'd set the VCR to record. I know you can watch the reruns now but its just not the same watching the same ones over and over again. It would be nice to see some new ones. It doesn't seem that long ago that these were on TV. They however are the only shows I really miss.

Since I'm updating my blog I will let ya know whats been going on in our home lately. We have been dealin with someone being sick before Thanksgiving. It started with Devin having the stomach bug. Got him well, or so we thought only to have him sick after they went back to school. I came down with a very bad case of the flu. To the point I was in bed from Sunday night til Tuesday afternoon. THANK GOD for Neal's help with the boys. I couldn't keep anything in my system. Just as I thought we were in the clear I got a call from the school nurse that Austin had come down with the bug. He was home for 2 days sick. Christmas Eve Day we got both boys back from their dad's to celebrate our Christmas. I could tell Devin wasn't well again. And sure enough he was sick. Running a low grade fever Christmas eve only to get up Christmas morning with a 103 fever. Poor guy was really sick. Took him to the Dr Tuesday and he had Strep throat/sinus infection. Good we can get him on meds. Thursday he was still not better called the Dr again and she wanted him in again. Took him in Friday morning to find out he had pneumonia now. Neal & myself are fighting bronchitis. Its not to fun of times in our house.

The weather here in Minnesota doesn't help. We haven't had but a little bit of snow that melted and is long gone. Temps have been in the 30's & 40's. It sure is strange to not have snow this time of year. Not that I mind but really wanted a White Christmas. Only good thing is the longer we go without snow the closer we are to Spring!!!!!!

I'm gonna end this entry for the night and try to come up with a new Blog Challenge to post for tommorrow.

So sorry to hear that you and your children have been sick for so long. I hope you are all doing better. It's so hard to see your kids getting really sick isn't it?
You're doing a great job with the blog challenges, keep it up!
