I would have to say I blog/journal to keep my thoughts and feelings down. Some things I write in a journal are items I want to remember when I'm older and these memories/feelins are not fresh in my mind. I have in fact a few journals from my days of growing up in foster care. Dealing with some of the pain of not living with my birth parents. There are times I wish I was a better writer.
