Exciting news!!!

I have some very exciting news to share. We bought our 1st home!!!!! We close on June 29th and move in.... Funny thing is we haven't even been looking long. Maybe a week.

Boy are there some real junk places out there for sale. We found one we thought would be a great starter home. UMMM, set up to have a showing. Well as soon as the door opened I knew it wasn't for us, Pretty much a cobbled up mess. What they called a master bedroom was a porch. It had a trap door type thing in the floor, you lift to get into the basement. Go up a flight of steps and are in a room from very steep stairs. Another one we seen looked like a crack house. It was listed by a different Realtor, then who we had showing.

Its a 2bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully remodeled. The house was built in 1890. Has the oak railing going upstairs, as well as the oak pillars with leaded glass doors. The kitchen, bathroom & carpet are all new!!!! Love the lot (corner). Can not wait to get in there and start adding our own personal touches to it.
